Getting There

I rarely feel like I am doing the mom thing well - between work, daily life, and volunteer commitments, my mommy skills flounder and I wonder if I will ever "get there". But, on this day, when Lee would only nap on me, and he had his arm draped around my big ol' belly, I felt a little like the quintessential mommy.

The Pool is Closed for the Winter

Is it possible Lee could have changed so much from our first day in the pool last spring to the last day in the pool this fall? Yes, I suppose so. Look at that baby face!
